About the Role:

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Consultant to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, external contractor coordination, and vetting processes. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, resourceful, and enjoys making an impact in people’s careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Management

· Review resumes and screen/interview candidates for job placements

· Create and post job ads on social media and digital platforms

· Conduct reference and background checks

· Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews

· Build candidate profiles for client submission

· Liaise with clients on staffing needs

Workers Coordination

· Communicate weekly schedules, timesheets, and updates to workers

· Liaise with department heads on staffing needs and absences

· Support onboarding and offboarding of contractors

Administrative Duties

· Maintain records for police vetting and background checks

· Prepare pre-employment screening documentation

· Support payroll communication

· Create profiles

· Consistent emails and messages ages to clients and candidates

Requirements:

· Experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is a plus

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time management and attention to detail

· Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and digital creative platforms

· A heart for people and a proactive, can-do attitude
